基于矿场历史数据集的生态环境损害期间损失研究
Loss Assessment During Eco-environment Damage Based on Historical Mine Datasets

Abstract
In order to evaluate the ecological and environmental losses caused by multiple illegal occupation of forest land in a mine in western Guangdong province,such as supporting services,regulating services and provisioning services,to investigate the liability of compensation for eco-environmental damage.Using the mine historical data sets as the baseline,the forest ecosystem service function value caused by the occupation of forest land by the mine was studied through the eco-environmental damage assessment and forest ecosystem service function assessment method.The result shows that the illegal occupation of forest land has caused about 1.17 million yuan loss during the supporting services,about 4.99 million yuan loss during the regulating services,about 410 thousand yuan loss during the provisioning services,the total value loss during the period is about 6.57 million yuan.The loss during this period is an important part of compensation for eco-environmental damage,and the eco-environmental damage behaviour subject should be accounted for the liability for damage compensation.However,similar cases are often not recovered due to the difficulty of assessment and the difficulty in obtaining data.关键词
