Digital Construction on Promoting the Modernization of Grassroots Governance Research--Based on the Investigation of Improving the Urban and Rural Grass-roots Governance System in Hunan Province

Abstract
The report of the 20th National Congress of the Party pointed out that to improve the social governance system,improve the joint management and sharing social governance system,through the analysis of the status quo of rural and urban grassroots governance in Hunan Province,it is considered that the construction of digital Hunan to promote the modernization of grassroots governance is of great significance,and there are still some problems in the analysis of the digital level and the standardization of grassroots governance.It mainly includes problems such as irregularities in grassroots governance led by party building,shortcomings in bureaucratic organizational governance,lack of feedback mechanism for digitization of grassroots governance,and formalism caused by disconnection between standardization and reality of grassroots governance.Through strengthening the construction of grassroots cadres,building an intelligent grassroots governance community,standardization and rule of law and other means to accelerate digital construction and promote the modernization of grassroots governance.关键词
