Abstract
Thinking about the relationship between"knowledge and action"is a unique philosophical proposition in China since ancient times.As a master of Neo-Confucianism in the Song and Ming dynasties,Wang Yangming's unique insights into the relationship and connotation of"knowledge"and"action"have great guiding significance for academic methods.This article starts from the connotation of Wang Yangming's theory of"unity of knowledge and action",compares the characteristics of"unity of knowledge and action"with two management research paradigms of qualitative research and quantitative research,and combines the disciplinary attributes of management with management research in the Chinese context.Based on the current situation,we draw some thoughts and inspirations on attaching importance to qualitative research and developing management research methods of"unity of knowledge and action".关键词
