摘要

Abstract

[Objective]The efficient and large-scale utilization of renewable energy such as wind and light is an effective means to solve the"double carbon"problem.The optimal configuration of the combined system capacity of wind and light can effectively improve the utilization efficiency of wind and light.[Methods]A capacity optimization configuration method for wind-solar-pumped-storage combined system considering the seasonal characteristics of the source side is proposed.Firstly,a two-stage wind-solar-pumped-storage combined system capacity optimal configuration mathematical model is proposed,and the upper and lower layers are respectively constructed for system capacity optimal configuration optimization and operation benefit optimization model.Secondly,based on CWGAN,a wind-solar power generation scene generation method is constructed,and Monte Carlo Calo method and a large number of generated wind and solar power generation scenarios are used to estimate the optimal operating benefits.Finally,the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to realize the optimal configuration of the combined system capacity of wind and water pumped storage.The effect of the proposed method was tested using 20 years of real power gen-eration scene data.[Results]The result show that there is a large wasserstein distance between wind and wind power generation scenes in different seasons.The wasserstein distance is small;using the proposed method to estimate the operating benefit and optimize the capacity configuration of the system,the relative error between the estimated operating benefit and the real value is 0.12%,the optimized capacity configuration is 897.2 MW,and the corresponding investment income ratio is 571.3.[Conclu-sion]The result show that there are large differences in the distribution of wind and solar power generation scenarios in different seasons,and the distribution of power generation scenarios generated by the proposed method is similar to the real power genera-tion scenarios;The proposed method can effectively improve the estimation accuracy of wind-solar pumped-storage system operat-ing benefits;the inaccurate estimation of system operating benefits will affect the optimal allocation of capacity,and the proposed method has a higher investment-return ratio than the comparative method.
