Hydraulic verification of water supply pipe network based on MATLAB pumped storage power station technology

Abstract
[Objective]In pumped storage power stations,technical water supply systems lubricate and cool operating equipment.Ensure the safe and stable operation of pumped storage power stations.In order to ensure that the technical water supply system can meet the safety requirements of flow and pressure under steady state and transient conditions,and at the same time achieve the goal of green energy saving.[Methods]This paper takes the technical water supply system of a pumped storage power station as the research object,the transient and steady-state of the technical water supply of pumped storage power station are analyzed by using MATLAB software,and verifies the rationality of the design scheme.The method of graph theory is used to construct the structure of complex technical water supply pipe network MATLAB is used to establish a hydraulic calculation mathematical model for the pipe network,describes the relationship between attributes of the pipe network through the matrix,and uses the iterative method to solve the steady-state parameters.Based on the characteristic line method of the non-constant flow differential equation system of pressurized pipeline,the pressure fluctuation and flow fluctuation in the transient process under the change of working conditions are simulated,and the pressure and flow curves of each water pipeline in the technical water supply pipe network are drawn.[Results]The result show that:(1)the errors of large and small flow branch pipes established in the steady-state process are within 2.70%and 5.18%,respectively,and the pressure error is within 0.37 m.(2)The maximum and minimum pressures generated by the dynamic process pipe network in the pressure fluctuation are 38.890 m and 2.647 m,respectively.[Conclusion]The steady condition model of the technical water supply pipe network established in this study can meet the engi-neering requirements,and the transient conditions meet the requirements of water hammer protection standards,which provides a theoretical basis for the design,safe and stable operation of the technical water supply system of pumped storage power station,and theoretical verification of the feasibility of energy-saving measures.关键词
