摘要

Abstract

The experiment was conducted to study the effect of fish source fermented feed protein on the growth performance and meat quality of pigs.A total of 120 healthy and active piglets of similar age,with the same body weight of(17.8±0.2)kg,were randomly divided into four groups,with three replicates in each group and 10 pigs in each replicate.Pigs in the control group were fed a conventional full-value diet.Pigs in the experimental group 1,group 2 and group 3 during the conservation period were fed diets supplemented with 10%,15%and 20%fish source fermented feed protein from 1 to 30 d,and fed the diets supplemented with 15%,20%and 25%fish source fermented feed protein from 31 to 180 d,respectively.The results showed that compared with the control group,the body weight gain of the experimental groups was higher than that of the control group,and the disease occurrence of the experimental groups'pigs was significantly lower than that of the control group.The types of flavorful amino acids in the pork muscle of the group 1 were higher than those in the control group.The experiment indicates that the use of fish source fermented feed protein can effectively improve the growth performance and pork quality of pigs,and the effect of adding 15%~20%fish source fermented feed protein is better.
