摘要
Abstract
Microgravity,strong radiation,noise and other environmental factors in space could cause different de-grees of physiological and pathological damage to astronauts.In order to ensure the physical and mental health of astronauts and the smooth development of space work,it is very important to study the mechanism of physiological and pathological damage and corresponding drug protection in space environment.Skeletal muscle atrophy and muscle strength decline caused by weightlessness are relatively significant,however the mechanism of the weight-less atrophy is still unclear and there is a lack of drug intervention.In this paper,the mechanism of muscle atrophy under current weightlessness and simulated weightlessness as well as related protective drugs will be reviewed,so as to provide research basis for the protection of muscle atrophy caused by weightlessness,or provide reference for the research of protective drugs for muscle atrophy under weightlessness.关键词
