Abstract
Objective:To investigate the factors affecting the resuscitation quality and preventive measures of elderly patients with colorectal cancer after laparoscopic surgery under anesthesia.Methods:The clinical data of 84 elderly patients with colorectal cancer who underwent laparoscopic surgery in Jiaozhou Central Hospital of Qingdao from January 2021 to February 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients with delayed recovery were observation group(n=31)and normal recovery were control group(n=53)according to the quality of resuscitation during an-esthesia recovery.By comparing the general data of the two groups,multivariate Logistic regression analysis was used to explore the influencing factors of resuscitation quality in elderly patients with colorectal cancer after laparo-scopic surgery and anesthesia.Results:Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that Age≥65 years(OR=4.239),BMI≥25 kg/m2(OR=3.752),American Society of Anesthesiologists(ASA)grade Ⅲ～Ⅳ(OR=4.951),duration of anesthesia ≥6 h(OR=5.102),intraoperative infusion volume ≥2 000 ml(OR=3.714),intra-operative body temperature＜36℃(OR=22.074),intraoperative sufentanil dose≥50 μg(OR=4.745),and preop-erative respiratory dysfunction(OR=4.147)were risk factors for delayed recovery after laparoscopic surgery in eld-erly patients with colorectal cancer(P＜0.05).Conclusion:There are many factors affecting the quality of resuscita-tion after laparoscopic surgery for elderly colorectal cancer.Clinical treatment should be actively targeted at related factors,strengthen intraoperative monitoring,pay attention to intraoperative heat preservation,and reasonably control the amount of infusion and anesthetic drugs.关键词
