Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of Rebao after laparoscopic surgery.Methods:A total of 80 laparoscopic surgery patients admitted to Zhongshan Chenxinghai Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine from June 2022 to June 2023 were collected and divided into control group(n=40,conventional Western medicine treat-ment)and observation group(n=40,traditional Chinese medicine Rebao was added to the control group).Gastro-intestinal functional recovery time,intestinal flora parameters,postoperative gastrointestinal dysfunction score(POGD),constipation patient Quality of Life Inventory(PAC-QOL)score,and gastrointestinal adverse reactions were collected.Results:The recovery time of bowel sound,exhaust gas and defecation in observation group was shorter than that in control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,POGD and PAC-QOL scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,bifidobacterium and lactobacillus in observation group were higher than those in control group,while enterobacterium and enterococcus were lower than those in control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of gastrointestinal adverse reactions in the observation group(5.00％,2/40)was lower than that in the control group(20.00％,8/40),and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(x2=4.114,P=0.043).Conclusion:The application of Rebao after laparoscopic surgery can improve gas-trointestinal dysfunction,regulate intestinal flora,reduce gastrointestinal adverse reactions and improve patients'quality of life.关键词
