基于物联网的PCR温度控制系统设计

Abstract
Nucleic acid testing plays an important role in epidemic prevention and control.At present,commercial PCR in-struments usually require professional technicians and laboratories,which require a lot of time and manpower.This paper designs a PCR temperature control system based on the Internet of Things,which can achieve rapid and accurate tempera-ture control.When the PCR system is connected to the Gizwits cloud platform,technicians can remotely monitor the PCR system.Through the Internet of Things technology,this system can realize unattended on-site testing,reduce the burden of technicians,and improve the efficiency of nucleic acid testing.关键词
