微脉冲激光治疗仪联合雷珠单抗玻璃体腔注射对糖尿病视网膜病变患者的治疗效果分析
Analysis of therapeutic effect of micropulse laser therapy combined with intravitreal injection of leizumab in patients with diabetic retinopathy

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of micropulse laser therapy combined with intravitreal injection of le-izumab on diabetic retinopathy.Method 80 patients with diabetes retinopathy admitted from January 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into two groups,40 patients in each group,and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The time of symptom resolution,treatment effect and complication rate of 2 groups were compared(P＜0.05).Before treatment,the clinical indexes,central artery dynamic parameters and quality of life of 2 groups were compared(P＞0.05).After treatment,the clinical indexes,central artery dynamic parameters and quality of life of 2 groups were compared(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The combination of micropulse laser therapy and leizumab for diabetic reti-nopathy patients can accelerate the process of symptom relief,help vision recovery,good safety,the clinical value obtained is more accurate,can meet the needs of patients,worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
