基于微信平台的延续护理联合半导体激光治疗仪对提高膝关节置换术患者生活质量的应用效果研究

Abstract
Objective:Analyze the application effect of continuous care combined with semiconductor laser therapy equipment based on WeChat platform on improving the quality of life of patients undergoing knee replacement surgery.Methods:80 patients who underwent knee joint replacement surgery in our hospital from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the main research subjects.Control group:Patients in this group received routine nursing intervention after surgery,while the observation group received continuous nursing based on WeChat platform combined with semiconductor laser therapy device intervention on the basis of the control group.The nursing quality of the two groups of patients was compared.An-alyze using SPSS 20.0 software.Quantitative data that conform to a normal distribution are represented by mean±stand-ard deviation,and independent sample t-tests are used for inter group comparisons.The chi square test is used for inter group comparison of count data.P＜0.05 indicates a statistically significant difference.Results:The pain level in the obser-vation group was lower than that in the control group 3 months after surgery,and the differences in knee joint function,knee joint range of motion,and quality of life were statistically significant(P＜0.05)compared to the control group;The incidence of adverse events and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The continuous care combined with semiconductor laser therapy device based on We-Chat platform can effectively improve the pain level of patients after knee surgery,improve their daily living ability,and improve their knee joint function,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
