焕息膏贴敷联合TDP照射对硬膜外分娩镇痛产妇膀胱功能及尿潴留发生的影响
Effect of Huanxi Plaster Application Combined with TDP Irradiation on Bladder Function and Urinary Retention of Postpartum Women with Epidural Labor Analgesia

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Huanxi plaster application combined with TDP irradiation on bladder function and urinary retention of parturient undergoing epidural labor analgesia.Methods From January 2021 to October 2021,150 parturients who were hospitalized in obstetrics department of our hospital for epidural labor an-algesia were randomly divided into observation group(50 cases treated with Huanxi Plaster combined with TDP ir-radiation),acupoint application group(50 cases treated with Huanxi Plaster),TDP group(50 cases treated with TDP irradiation)and control group(50 cases treated with TDP irradiation).Results Compared with the acupoint application group and TDP group,the first urination time and duration in the observation group were shorter(P＜0.05),the first urination volume in the observation group was more(P＜0.05),the residual urine volume in the observation group was less(P＜0.05),and the bleeding volume at 6 hours after delivery in the observation group was not statistically significant(P＞0.05).Compared with acupoint application group and TDP group,the maxi-mum urinary flow rate and detrusor pressure in the observation group were higher(P＜0.05),and the initial blad-der volume in the observation group was lower(P＜0.05).Compared with acupoint application group and TDP group,NRS score of urethral orifice and the incidence of urinary retention in observation group were lower(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of Huanxi Plaster combined with TDP irradiation in epidural labor analgesia can shorten the first urination time,reduce the residual urine volume of bladder,improve bladder function,relieve ure-thral orifice pain and reduce the incidence of urinary retention.关键词
