摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the value of fetal heart monitor and quality nursing for parturient women.Meth-ods:A total of 128 women giving birth from January 2022 to November 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,both of which were given fetal heart monitoring,with conventional care as the control group and high-quality care as the study group.The pregnancy outcome,labor duration,neonatal Apgar score,psychologi-cal state,complication rate and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the study group,the control group had lower natural delivery rate,Apgar score and satisfaction,higher cesarean section rate,neonatal asphyxia rate and complication rate,longer first,second and third stages of labor,and higher SDS and SAS scores after intervention(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The combined application of high-quality nursing and fetal heart monitor can effectively shorten the labor time of parturients,improve their bad psychological state,re-duce the incidence of complications,and increase the rate of natural delivery and satisfaction,and has high applica-tion value.关键词
