Abstract
Medical record information is an important management resource in hospitals,which has a profound impact on hospital personnel management.This article analyzes the impact of medical record information on hospital personnel and explores the challenges that medical record information brings to hospital personnel management.Further strategies were proposed to enhance the application of medical record information in hospital personnel management,including establishing a comprehensive electronic medical record system,enhancing information analysis and utilization capabilities,emphasizing privacy protection and information security,and strengthening clerk training and information literacy.Through the imple-mentation of these strategies,we aim to effectively enhance the application effect of medical record information in hospital personnel management,and promote the modernization and scientificization of hospital personnel management.关键词
