程序化疼痛护理在鼻咽癌放疗患者中的应用研究

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the application value of programmed pain nursing in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma treated with radiotherapy.Methods:A total of 55 nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients treated with radio-therapy in Jiangsu Province Hospital from January 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the study objects and divided into routine group(n=27)and observation group(n=28)by random drawing.Patients in the conventional group received routine pain care,patients in the observation group received programmed pain care,and changes in pain and sleep quality were used as observation indicators of nursing effect.Results:There was no significant difference in pain and sleep quality scores between the two groups before nursing(P＞0.05).After nursing,the scores of pain and sleep quality in observation group during and after radiotherapy were lower than those in conventional group(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Programmed pain nursing during radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients can ef-fectively relieve pain and improve sleep quality,and has good nursing intervention value.关键词
