Abstract

Objective:To explore the effect of cluster nursing on wound pain in patients with stress injury and improve the quality of nursing.Methods:77 patients with stress injury were selected from the First Affiliated Hospital with Nanjing Medical University from August 2019 to August 2020,and the 77 patients were divided into control group(n=38)and study group(n=39)by random number table method.The control group was provided with routine nursing mode.The study group arranged to use the cluster nursing mode for nursing,and compared the PUSH score,dressing change pain score,dressing change interval,dressing change frequency,nursing quality score and healing time of each stage between the groups.Results:After nursing,PUSH score of control group was higher than that of study group(P<0.05).The pain scores of the third and seventh dressing changes in the control group were higher than those in the study group(P<0.05).The time interval of dressing change in control group was longer than that in study group(P<0.05).The nursing quality score of the control group was lower than that of the study group,and the healing time of each stage was longer than that of the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In order to further help the patients with stress injury to reduce wound pain,the timely implementation of cluster nursing can effectively accelerate the healing speed of the patients'wounds,which has a positive effect on the improvement of nursing quality,and is worth promoting.
