Abstract
Objective:To explore and analyze the intervention effect and patient satisfaction of diabetic retinopathy patients based on evidence-based nursing principles.Methods:A total of 120 patients with diabetic retinopathy treated in Jiangsu Province Hospital from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected and divided into control group(routine care,n=60 cases)and observation group(intervention mode based on evidence-based nursing principles,n=60 cases)by random number table method.Visual function,blood glucose and satisfaction indexes of patients were collected.Results:After intervention,the scores of visual adjustment ability,far vision,reading and fine hand movement,daily living ability of observation group were higher than those of control group.After intervention,the scores of visual adjustment ability,far vision,reading and hand fine movement,and daily living ability in 2 groups were higher than before intervention(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of FBG,PBG and HbA1c in the ob-servation group were lower than those in the control group.The levels of FBG,PBG and HbA1c in 2 groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was[96.67%(5 8/60)]higher than that in the control group[83.33%(50/60)](x2=5.926,P=0.015).Conclusion:The implementation of intervention measures based on evidence-based nursing principles in the nursing of diabetic retinopathy patients can improve the visual function of patients,reduce the blood sugar index,and enhance their satisfaction with nursing services,which is worthy of recommendation.关键词
