Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of health education on nursing quality and self-care ability of children with nephrotic syndrome.Methods:A total of 160 children with nephrotic syndrome admitted to the Children's Hos-pital of Nanjing Medical University from January 2021 to December 2021 were randomly divided into two groups:the control group received routine nursing care,and the study group received health education to analyze the differ-ences in nursing quality,coping style and self-care ability between the two groups.Results:The nursing attitude,dressing etiquette,knowledge and skill scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the positive coping style score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the negative coping style score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of positive cop-ing styles after nursing were higher than those before nursing,and the scores of negative coping styles were lower than those before nursing(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of self-concept,responsibility,self-care skills and health knowledge in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of self-concept,responsibility,self-care skills and health knowledge in 2 groups after nursing were higher than those before nursing(P<0.05).Conclusion:Health education for nephrotic syndrome can improve nursing quality,self-care ability and coping style,and is worthy of application.关键词
