维持性血液透析患者跌倒的原因分析与干预效果
Cause analysis and intervention effect of fall in maintenance hemodialysis patients

Abstract
Objective:To explore the causes of falls in maintenance hemodialysis patients and the symptomatic intervention measures.Methods:A total of 43 patients with maintenance hemodialysis in the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medi-cal University fromOctober 2021 to April 2023 were randomly selected as observation objects.The causes of their falls were analyzed,and they were divided into control group(20 cases with routine intervention measures)and observation group(23 cases with targeted intervention measures)using random number table method.The incidence of falls,MORSE Fall Assessment Scale score,fall knowledge cognition score,self-management ability score and nursing quality score were compared between the two groups after intervention.Results:The incidence of fall in the observation group(8.70％,2/23)was lower than that in the control group(50.00％,10/20),the difference was statistically significant(x2=9.071,P=0.003).After intervention,MORSE fall assessment scale score in the observation group was lower than that in the con-trol group(P＜0.05),and fall knowledge cognition score and self-management ability score were higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After intervention,the nursing quality score of the observation group(86.78±2.78)was higher than that of the control group(72.36±2.75),and the difference was statistically significant(t=17.050,P＜0.001).Conclusion:There are many reasons for fall in maintenance hemodialysis patients,such as dialysis hypotension,old age,multiple complications,environmental factors,inadequate nursing work,etc.The implementation of targeted nursing in-tervention for maintenance hemodialysis patients has a good effect,which can effectively prevent the occurrence of falls.关键词
