Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of hypertensive left ven-tricular hypertrophy with left heart failure.Methods:From March 2017 to April 2019,89 patients with hypertension left ventricular hypertrophy with left heart failure were selected as the study group,and 56 patients with healthy physical ex-amination in our hospital at the same time were selected as the control group.The patients in the two groups were diag-nosed by color Doppler ultrasound.The blood pressure of the two groups was compared,and the cardiac function indexes of the two groups were measured,and the cardiac function indexes of the patients with different cardiac function grades were compared and analyzed.Finally,the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy with left heart failure were analyzed.Result:The LEVDD,DBP,SBP of the pa-tients in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the peak value of LVFS,LVMI,A in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the peak value of E and E/A in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The LVEF and LAD,LVEDD,E/Ea in the pa-tients with grade Ⅱ cardiac function were significantly higher than those in the patients with grade Ⅲ(P＜0.05).The a-nalysis showed that the sensitivity,specificity and coincidence rate of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of hyperten-sion with left ventricular hypertrophy and left heart failure were 95.71％,94.74％and 95.50 respectively.Conclusion:The diagnosis of hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy with left heart failure by color Doppler ultrasound has high sen-sitivity and specificity,and can directly display the cardiac structure,which is worth popularizing and applying.关键词
