摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe and analyze the effect of compound anisodine on patients with diabetic macular e-dema on the basis of conventional drugs(arbocept).Methods:Sample time:From May 2020 to June 2023;Venue:This Hospital;Sample size:120patients(120eyes);Sample subjects:patients with diabetic macular edema;Grouping method:Arabic numeral distribution method.Control group(n=60)and observation group(n=60)were treated with conventional drugs(Albocept)and combined with compound anisuline,respectively.The best corrected visual acuity,macular central area thickness(Central Macular Thickness,CMT),serum index and iOP were compared between the two groups.Results:After applying the combination regimen,the best corrected visual acuity,CMT and serum indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group,P＜0.05.There was no significant difference in IOP between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:The application of com-pound anisodine in the treatment of diabetic macular edema on the basis of conventional drugs(albocept)can make the disease well controlled,avoid continuous progression,and then improve the clinical indicators of diabetic macu-lar edema patients,with accurate efficacy.关键词
