Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine nursing in the treatment of pa-tients with prostate hyperplasia by urethral plasmotomy.Methods A total of 114 patients with prostatic hyperplasia treated by plasma urethral resection in our hospital from March 2020 to October 2021 were selected and divided into control group(n=57)and study group(n=57)by drawing lots.The control group received conventional Western medicine nursing,while the study group received traditional Chinese medicine nursing on the basis of conventional Western medicine nursing.The types of bladder spasm symptoms,complications and postoperative rehabilitation of the two groups were compared,and the changes of prostate symptoms and erectile function before and after care were observed.Results Compared with the study group,the proportion of mild bladder spasm in the control group was significantly lower(P＜0.05),and the proportion of moderate bladder spasm was higher(P＜0.05).The total com-plication rate of control group was higher(P＜0.05).Urinary catheter retention time,postoperative irrigation time and hospital stay in control group were significantly longer(P＜0.05).The IPSS score of the control group was sig-nificantly higher(P＜0.05),and the IIEF-5 score was significantly lower(P＜0.05).Conclusion For patients with prostatic hyperplasia treated by urethral plasmotomy,integrated nursing of Chinese and Western medicine has a good application effect,which can not only effectively alleviate the bladder spasm and reduce the incidence of complica-tions,but also further promote the postoperative rehabilitation,improve the prostate symptoms and prevent erectile dysfunction.关键词
