Abstract
In response to the national requirements for the construction of"Digital China",various regions,departments,and industries have conscientiously implemented and implemented it based on actual conditions.As a result,the number of digital construction projects incubated has gradually increased,and digital service enterprises continue to make efforts and contribute innovative solutions on the road of digital China construction.This paper takes the enterprises undertaking digital construction projects as an example,analyzes the project characteristics,project risk characteristics and the current situation of project risk management of such enterprises,and proposes corresponding improvement measures,in order to achieve the goal of improving the successful delivery rate of projects and customer satisfaction,and then improve the ability of digital service enterprises to continuously empower the digital construction industry.关键词
