温州城市绿地的土壤呼吸特征及影响因素
Soil respiration characteristics and influencing factors in urban green spaces of Wenzhou,China
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]With the increasing area of urban green space,understanding the soil respiration dynamics in different types of green space is crucial for accurately assessing their carbon sink functions.This study aims to elucidate the variations in soil respiration and its influencing factors in different types of urban green spaces in order to provide a theoretical basis for achieving low-carbon emission goals.[Methods]In this study,forested area with Camphor trees(Cinnamomum parthenoxy-lon)and landscaped areas with Manila grass(Zoysia matrella)and Ginkgobiloba(Ginkgo biloba)in Wenzhou were selected as the research objects.Soil respiration rates(Rs)was measured using a static chamber-gas chromatography method from Janu-ary to December 2021 in Wenzhou Jingshan Park.[Results]The results showed:(1)the annual Rs emissions were ranked in the order of Cinnamomum parthenoxylon(892.01 gC·m-2·a-1)>Zoysia matrella(735.30 gC·m-2·a-1)>Ginkgo biloba(500.15 gC·m-2·a-1).The annual Rs emissions were significantly positively correlated with soil organic carbon content and sig-nificantly negatively correlated with soil bulk density;(2)Exponential function fitting showed that soil temperature(T)had a high explanatory power for the monthly dynamics of Rs in Z.matrella,G.biloba,and C.parthenoxylon,accounting for 57.4%,59.0% and 51.1%,respectively;Soil volumetric water content(VWC)had a much higher explanatory power for the monthly dynamics of Rs in C.parthenoxylon(55.6%)compared to the other two vegetation types.C.parthenoxylon showed higher sensitivity to changes in both T and VWC compared to the two landscaped areas;(3)Two-factor models further indicat-ed that VWC was slightly more important than T in predicting changes in Rs in C.parthenoxylon,while T was much more im-portant than VWC in influencing Rs in the two landscaped areas.[Conclusion]Soil respiration in Wenzhou's urban forest was higher than in landscaped area,and the month dynamics were jointly affected by T and VWC.Soil respiration in landscaped ar-eas was mainly affected by T.The differences in annual soil respiration emissions among different green areas were attributed to differences in soil organic carbon and bulk density.关键词
