How Does Technological Governance Affect Village Autonomy:Reflections on Village Grid Governance

Abstract
Grid governance is an important technical way to promote the modernization of rural gov-ernance.When the technical governance system of"grid unit-grid member-grid leader"entered the rural society,it impacted the existing autonomy system of"villager masses-team leaders-village ca-dres".Merging groups and redelineating grid units intensified the existing contradictions among groups and destroyed the social foundation of village autonomy.Electing grid members among group leaders destroys the governance order of endogenous forces and weakens the intermediate forces of village autonomy.Village cadres act as grid chiefs to cope with the assessment of superi-ors,which occupies the main resources of village autonomy,and finally brings the consequence of weakening village autonomy by technical governance.When sinking to villages,the grid governance technology system should be fully embedded in the rural autonomy system,the grid unit should be embedded in the autonomous unit,the grid team should absorb the intermediate structure,and the grid assessment pressure at the village level should be reduced,so that the technical governance can empower the rural autonomy and promote the modernization of rural governance.关键词
