From Profit Sharing to Integration:Multidimensional Benefit Operation Logic in the Project to the Countryside

Abstract
Projectgs play an important role in the process of industrial revitalization.Project to the countryside involves a large number of stakeholders,and the diversified interests have reconstructed the social interest network in the countryside,so that the order of countryside governance is formed around the distribution of interests.Through the field study of the case of mushroom industry pro-ject landing in W village,this paper finds that the core stakeholders based on the logic of action of performance claims,economic benefits,ethical order,and social benefits make the project to the countryside form a profit-sharing order in the process of operation,and each stakeholder influences the landing and implementation of the project into the village in many aspects,such as power,soci-ety,and capital.The establishment of multiple interest symbiosis mechanism,interest alliance mechanism and interest coordination and distribution mechanism can effectively play an integrating role and promote the stakeholders to form a synergy to participate in the project.关键词
