饲粮添加芦丁对断奶仔猪回肠形态结构和屏障功能的影响OACSTPCD
Effects of dietary rutin on the morphology and barrier function of ileum in weaned piglets
旨在研究饲粮添加芦丁对断奶仔猪肠道形态结构、黏膜屏障、抗氧化功能、炎症和细胞凋亡等方面的影响.试验选取 28 日龄健康且体重相近的断奶仔猪 16 头,随机分为2 组,每组8 个重复,每个重复1 头猪.对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验(芦丁)组在基础饲粮中添加500 mg/kg芦丁,试验期14 d.结果表明:与对照组相比,饲粮添加 500 mg/kg芦丁对仔猪回肠形态结构无显著影响(P＞0.05),但显著提高了仔猪回肠黏膜中过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性(P＜0…查看全部>>
