Thoughts and Suggestions on Strengthening the Management of Military Standard Essential Patents
摘要
Abstract
Military standard essential patents refer to patents that must be used to implement a certain military standard.Strengthening their management is an important part of comprehensively promoting military standardization work.This article first analyzes the significance of strengthening the management of standard essential patents for military standardization work.Then,it analyzes the urgency of strengthening their management in the aspects such as national defense security,trend of military standards development,and management status.Finally,it proposes specific suggestions for strengthening the management of military standard essential patents from three dimensions:institutional mechanisms,force systems,and research capabilities.关键词
