城市信息模型CIM标准体系构建研究OACHSSCD

Research on the Standards System of City Information Modelling

随着城市精细化管理需求的不断提升,城市信息模型作为重要的数据和技术支撑,其标准化建设成为了统筹多领域、多部门协同的重要手段,本研究旨在以标准体系引领协同共建的城市级CIM应用,提出CIM标准体系三维度概念模型和金字塔式参考模型架构,构建了3层8大类的标准体系框架,以南京为例开展了标准体系的实施与应用,实践了"标准体系构建-标准编制-标准应用实施"全流程城市空间信息服务模式,并探索了从地方实践到国际标准的建设路径.

With the continuously raising requirement of city precision management,the standardization construction of city information modelling(CIM),as important data and technical support,has become an important means to coordinate the development of multi-field and multi-department collaboration.To lead the practice of city-level CIM by standards system,this paper proposes a three-dimensional conceptual model and a pyramid reference model architecture of CIM standards system,and constructs a standards system framework composed of 3 layers and 8 categories.It takes Nanjing as an example to conduct the implementation of CIM standards system and practices a full process mode of city spatial information service consisting of"standards system construction,standards development and standards implementation".Moreover,it explores the construction path from local practice to international standards.
