摘要
Abstract
This paper combines the provisions of the Lift Maintenance Rules and the insights from the expert interviews,considers the lift maintenance problems and the occurrence of accidents,selects 5 primary indicators and 16 secondary indicators,and constructs a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.Through the comprehensive use of subjective empowerment method(analytic hierarchy process)and objective empowerment method(entropy weighting method),it sets the weights of the evaluation system in order to establish a quality standards system for lift maintenance services.The establishment of this standards system helps to regulate the management of the lift maintenance industry,improve the overall level of the industry,and further enhance the safety and reliability of lifts.关键词
