Qingdao Practice of Standards Progressiveness Evaluation
摘要
Abstract
In order to give full play to the leading role of standardization in high-quality development,encourage business entities to develop and implement high standards,and increase the effective supply of medium and high-end products and services,Qingdao has innovatively carried out the evaluation of the progressiveness of standards.Based on the evaluation practice of standards progressiveness of Qingdao in recent years,this paper deeply summarizes the experience of Qingdao innovation model in the aspects of evaluation mechanism construction,evaluation product and service catalog determination,evaluation index system construction,incentive policies,etc.On this basis,this paper analyzes the problems in the evaluation of standards progressiveness of Qingdao,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.关键词
