中国输气管道标准在蒙古国的适用性研究
Research on the Applicability of Chinese Gas Pipeline Standards in Mongolia
摘要
Abstract
Based on the needs of the natural gas pipeline project from Russia transiting Mongolia to China,relevant standards for pipelines in China and Mongolia are selected,and the standards systems,timeliness and some parameters are compared and analyzed in this paper.It is pointed out that the Chinese standards system is simple,clear in structure,and has broad coverage and strong timeliness.Mongolia plans to use Russian national standards and enterprise standards as the main standards,but the fields involved are not complete enough with room for the conversion of Chinese standards.It is recommended that Chinese companies should establish a tripartite working group as soon as possible when participating in cooperation projects between the two countries,use Chinese standards and experience as a reference in Mongolia,follow the Mongolian standards use environment,and actively promote the application of international advanced standards.It is of great significance to help Chinese companies master Mongolia's technical standards for pipeline construction and improve their management and construction capabilities.关键词
