摘要

Abstract

Constructing food safety inspection and testing system is the main measure to implement market food safety control in China.According to a series of national policies and regulations,this paper expounds the policy requirements and present situation of the construction of the national safety inspection and testing system,and puts forward strategies for improving the ability of food safety inspection and testing and suggestions for developing social institutions for food safety inspection and testing.In order to improve the food safety inspection and testing evaluation system,it studies and analyzes administrative regulations such as food safety inspection standards,food market safety supervision norms and food safety management measures issued by relevant departments such as quality supervision,industry and commerce,health and agriculture,so as to standardize food safety inspection institutions.
