空气净化器甲醛净化能效的测量结果不确定度评定OACHSSCD
Uncertainty Evaluation of Measurement Results of Formaldehyde Cleaning Energy Efficiency of Air Cleaner
净化能效作为评判空气净化器能耗高低的关键指标,更贴合国民需要.2023年5月1日GB/T 18801-2022《空气净化器》正式实施,新标准更改了净化器的能效要求,删除了能效分级,也提高了要求.因此,高能耗产品将因无法达标而被淘汰.本文主要依据标准中甲醛净化能效的测定方法,对测量结果的不确定度影响因素进行分析和评定.结果表明,仪器的重复性测量和示值误差引入的不确定度对测量结果的影响较大.
As a key indicator to judge the energy consumption of air cleaner,cleaning energy efficiency is closer to the needs of the residents.GB/T 18801-2022,Air purifier,was formally implemented on May 1,2023.The new standard modified the energy efficiency requirements of air cleaner,deleted the energy efficiency classification,and raised the requirements.As a result,high energy consumption products will be eliminated because they cannot meet the standards.In this paper,according to the measurement method of formaldehyde cleaning energy efficiency in the standard,the factors affecting of the measurement results uncertainty were analyzed and evaluated.Results showed that the repeatability of the instrument and the uncertainties which came from indication error had a great influence on the measurement results.
