摘要
Abstract
Job burnout is a common phenomenon in the modern workplace.It refers to the long-term,high-intensity work pressure,which makes individuals produce continuous fatigue,depression,low sense of effectiveness and other negative emotions and behavioral reactions,which not only affects individual work efficiency and mental health,but also affects team cooperation,organizational performance and employee turnover rate.Starting with the basic definition of job burnout,this paper deeply explores the performance of teacher job burnout,analyzes the influencing factors in the three aspects of individual level,working environment and organizational structure,social culture and macro environment,and finally puts forward targeted strategies.Through the in-depth study,it is expected to make contributions to the sustainable and healthy development of education.关键词
