Research on the Construction of Standardization System for Evaluating the Employment Quality of Vocational College Students
摘要
Abstract
The standardization evaluation of employment quality is an important part of the employment of vocational students,which is of great significance to timely grasp the employment quality of vocational students,serve the scientific decision-making of the government and the education and teaching reform of vocational colleges.However,there are still some problems in the current standardized evaluation of employment quality,such as incomplete evaluation indicators,unreasonable methods,inconsistent standards and unprominent type characteristics.On the basis of referring to existing literature,practical research and questionnaire survey,this paper proposes standardization indicators for evaluating the employment quality of vocational students from three dimensions:overall employment quality,social contribution degree of employment and social satisfaction degree of employment,and uses analytic hierarchy process to determine the weights and build a standardized evaluation system and comprehensive index for the employment quality of vocational students.The aim is to provide reasonable tools for education administration and vocational colleges to evaluate the employment quality of graduates.关键词
