摘要

Abstract

Group school running takes the integration and optimization of educational resources as the core.Through contacting educational institutions and multiple schools,the allocation and management of educational resources are jointly carried out,so as to achieve the sustainable and healthy development of basic education while improving the running level of weak schools and developing high-quality teachers.Based on this background,how to enhance the mutual promotion and progress of teachers in a group,establish a perfect standardized model of teacher interaction,and realize the integration of teachers in the group is an urgent problem to be solved.
