标准化模拟实训教学在急诊科实习生护理教学中的应用效果
Analysis of the Effectiveness of Standardized Simulation Teaching in Nursing Teaching of Emergency Department Interns

Abstract
Objective:To observe the application effect of standardized simulation teaching mode in nursing teaching of interns in emergency department.Methods:78 nursing students who participated in the intern nursing teaching in the emergency department in 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group(39 students)and the standardized simulation teaching group(39 students)by random number table method to compare the clinical teaching effect.Results:After 4 weeks of teaching,the scores of mastering nursing theory and learning enthusiasm of the standardized teaching group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of emergency nursing skills,emergency ability and treatment level in the standardized teaching group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical teaching satisfaction score of the standardized teaching group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying standardized teaching mode to the nursing teaching of interns in emergency department has better teaching effect and can significantly improve students'mastery of relevant knowledge and skills,which is worth popularizing.关键词
