Effect Analysis of Standardized Nursing on Preventing Pulmonary Infection in Intensive Care Unit
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of standardized nursing on preventing pulmonary infection in intensive care unit(ICU).Methods:The study period was from May 2021 to April 2023,and the study objects were 70 patients admitted to the ICU of the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University.They were divided into two groups of 35 cases by random drawing method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group carried out standardized nursing.The nursing effect was compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the observation group had significantly lower incidence of pulmonary infection in ICU,lower level of pulmonary inflammation,shorter treatment time,and higher satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion:Targeted standardized nursing for ICU patients is helpful to improve the anti-infection ability of patients,prevent the occurrence of pulmonary infection,promote the early recovery of patients and improve satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application.关键词
