规范化护理运用于重症呼吸衰竭患者中的应用效果研究
Study on the Application Effect of Standardized Nursing in Patients with Severe Respiratory Failure
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of standardized nursing in patients with severe respiratory failure.Methods:A total of 70 patients with severe respiratory failure admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University from August 2022 to July 2023 were randomly divided into the control group(n=35)and the observation group(n=35).Routine nursing and standardized nursing were given,respectively,and the nursing effect was compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher nursing satisfaction,more obvious improvement of lung function index,lower incidence of complications,and higher quality of life score,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The standardized nursing of patients with severe respiratory failure can improve the lung function index,reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
