Standardized Comprehensive Assessment Nursing for Elderly Patients with Pulmonary Infection

Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of standardized comprehensive assessment nursing in elderly patients with pulmonary infection during hospitalization and rehabilitation.Methods:A total of 86 elderly patients with pulmonary infection admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University from April 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine clinical nursing,and the observation group was given standardized comprehensive assessment nursing.The emotional state,quality of life and lung function indexes after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results:The relevant indexes in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group after nursing,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For elderly patients with pulmonary infection,standardized comprehensive assessment nursing has a significant effect on the rehabilitation of patients,can promote the improvement of patients'negative emotions,and has significant value in improving patients'quality of life and lung function indicators,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
