Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of standardized psychological nursing for elderly patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:50 elderly patients with cerebral infarction admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University from January 2021 to May 2023 were randomly selected and divided into the control group(25 cases,routine nursing)and the observation group(25 cases,standardized psychological nursing)by random number table method.Results:The scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)(46.30±4.35)and self-rating depression Scale(SDS)(45.32±5.16)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The Basle index of the observation group(62.75±4.86)score was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The compliance rate of the observation group(100.00%)was higher than that of the control group(68.00%)(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group(100.00%)was higher than that of the control group(76.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:For elderly patients with cerebral infarction,standardized psychological nursing is more conducive to improving adverse emotions,improving compliance behavior,improving neurological function and life ability,and improving patient satisfaction,which has significant advantages and is worth popularizing.关键词
