胃癌患者标准化外科快速康复护理实践效果分析
Effect Analysis of Standardized Surgical Rapid Rehabilitation Nursing Practice in Patients with Gastric Cancer after Operation
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of standardized surgical rapid rehabilitation nursing on postoperative patients with gastric cancer.Methods:A total of 84 gastric cancer patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected and divided into two groups by coin toss method,with 42 cases in each group receiving radical surgery treatment.The control group received routine nursing,and the research group implemented standardized surgical rapid rehabilitation nursing based on the control group,and the nursing effect was compared.Results:The clinical indexes of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the postoperative quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of standardized surgical rapid rehabilitation nursing for patients with gastric cancer can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,increase the speed of body recovery and improve the quality of life after surgery.关键词
