Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of standardized health education and nursing for patients with chronic gastritis.Methods:Fifty patients with chronic gastritis admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University from March 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into the observation group(standardized health education nursing)and the control group(routine nursing)with 25 cases in each group.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The excellent rate of disease cognition degree and self-care ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The SF-36 score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The development of standardized health education can improve the compliance behavior of patients with chronic gastritis,improve their self-care ability,and effectively improve the nursing effect.关键词
