Effect of Laparoscopic Surgery on Colorectal Cancer
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of laparoscopic surgery on colorectal cancer.Methods:Fifty patients admitted to the First People's Hospital of Lanzhou City from May 2022 to April 2023 were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the principle of random allocation,with 25 patients in each group.The control group received routine open surgery,and the experimental group received laparoscopic surgery.The surgical status,postoperative recovery,pain and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared.Results:The intraoperative blood loss and operation time of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the postoperative anal exhaust time,normal diet time and postoperative hospitalization time of the experimental group were all lower than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic surgery has obvious advantages in the treatment of colorectal cancer,which can help reduce surgical trauma and postoperative complications,and significantly improve the surgical effect and the quality of life of patients,which has clinical popularization value.关键词
