Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of standardized health education for diabetic patients on their blood glucose level,in order to provide some reference for similar studies.Methods:40 diabetic patients admitted to Honghe Hospital Affiliated to Kunming Medical University from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and divided into the study group(n=20 cases)and the control group(n=20 cases)by random number table method.The control group received routine treatment,and the study group received standardized health education on the basis of the control group.The blood glucose level,health knowledge and other indicators of the two groups were compared.Results:The treatment satisfaction of the study group and the control group was 95%and 65%respectively,and the 2 h postprandial glucose level of the study group was lower than that of the control group,statistically significant(P<0.05);the fasting glucose level of the study group was(6.09 1.12)mmol/L,and the control group was(9.13 1.76)mmol/L,and the health knowledge score of patients in the study group was higher than that of the control group,statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The standardized health education for diabetic patients can not only improve patients'mastery of health knowledge and treatment satisfaction,but also effectively control the blood glucose level of patients,which has the value of promotion and use in clinical practice.关键词
