Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of standardized incentive care in patients undergoing breast cancer surgery.Methods:A total of 76 patients receiving breast cancer surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical Universty from January 2021 to January 2023 were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 38 cases in the control group(routine care)and 38 cases in the study group(spousal support combined with standardized incentive care).The emotional state,quality of life and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with before nursing,the scores of self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)of the two groups were decreased,and the decrease was more obvious in the study group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).The scores of physical function,specific modules,common symptoms and social function of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the total satisfaction of the study group was 97.37%,higher than 78.95%of the control group,the differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the nursing of breast cancer surgery patients,spousal support combined with standardized incentive nursing is more scientific and effective,which can make patients feel fully cared,meet psychological demands,improve life quality and increase satisfaction.关键词
