儿科标准化护理案例库在理论教学和临床见习中的应用研究
Study on the Application of Pediatric Standardized Nursing Case Base in Theoretical Teaching and Clinical Internship

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of pediatric standardized nursing case base in theoretical teaching and clinical internship.Methods:100 medical students of grade 2022 were selected and divided into two groups,with 50 in the control group and 50 in the observation group.The control group was taught by traditional teaching methods,and the observation group was taught by standardized nursing case studies,and the test scores and questionnaire results of the two groups were compared.Results:The clinical internship performance,theory score,and total score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the overall satisfaction with the course,consolidation of basic theoretical knowledge,clinical thinking training,basic clinical skills training,self-study ability,learning interest and efficiency,and expansion of knowledge of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The standardized nursing case base of pediatrics,through the combination of theory and practice,can increase the medical students'learning interest and initiative,cultivate their clinical thinking ability and comprehensive quality,and improve the quality and effect of teaching,which is worth popularizing.关键词
