Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of standardized comprehensive nursing of children with tonsil general anesthesia operation.Methods:60 cases receiving tonsil general anesthesia operation in the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University from January 2021 to December 2022 were randomly selected and divided into the control group(30 cases, receiving routine operating room nursing)and the observation group(30 cases, receiving standardized comprehensive nursing in operating room)by random number table method. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results:The call response time was(14.12±1.30)min,the anesthesia waking time was(22.64±2.27)min,and the tracheal extubation time was(23.82±4.24)min in the observation group, which were significantly shorter than those in the control group,(15.76±2.13)min,(24.52±2.58)min,and(26.25±3.37)min respectively,(P<0.05).There was 1 case of nausea and vomiting(3.33%),and no tachycardia, agitation and hypothermia in the observation group, which was significantly lower than the 8 cases(26.67%)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized comprehensive nursing for children undergoing tonsil operation can not only be conducive to rapid recovery of children after surgery, but also effectively prevent surgical complications, and is more conducive to surgical safety and physical recovery of children.关键词
